Basic Greens Recipe

Beet greens kale, or swiss
chard
1-2 cloves garlic olive oil
lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar
parmesan cheese

Wash greens & if necessary, remove large stems (except for swiss chard), and chop into strips. Steam until tender (timing differs for each green). Meanwhile, chop 1-2 cloves of garlic and saute in olive oil over

medium heat. Add the greens and continue to saute over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice or umeboshi (ume plum) vinegar, and parmesan cheese. Serve...Delicious!
