My order

What is the minimum I can order?

For free delivery, the minimum order is one of our fresh organic produce boxes.

Why do you encourage customers to place an order every week?

We encourage customers to place a regular order due to the way we work with our growers. Instead of buying our fruit and vegetables from markets in bulk (which offers less security to most small farmers), we try to pre-arrange our orders with our network of growers for the coming year. It is very helpful if our customers have regular rather than one-off orders, so that we can agree the correct amount of produce with the farmer for the following season. We do, of course, accept that most people will need to skip or cancel their orders at short notice and you are free to amend or cancel your order at any time within our order deadlines.

What happens when I add something to my preferences list?

In order to make sure you only get items you enjoy eating you can give us a list of the fruit or vegetables that you don't like. We will make sure that any items you add to this 'never sends' list are permanently excluded from your box and replaced with something else. The replacement that you get depends on what we have in stock at the time, but you can tell us what you would prefer by adding to your 'always send' list. When these things are available we will use them to replace your 'never sends'.

What happens if I add lots of 'never sends'?

It is a great idea to exclude anything you don't like from your box. If you have a long list of permanent exclusions on your account, this will, of course, reduce the range of produce available and may mean that other items in the box are duplicated.

We can accept any number of 'never sends' but if you don't like apples, don't select Granny smith apples, Golden delicious apples, Fuji apples, etc just choose APPLES. Once you've chosen a category like APPLES, the individual items in the category will all show up on your 'never sends' list, they'll all be removed from your boxes.
