Can I specify a delivery time?
We cannot guarantee delivery times because of the potential for traffic problems, the occasional van breakdown, or new customers being added to the route. The majority of our customers are out when we deliver and all you need to do is let us know where we can safely leave the box.
I live in an apartment- can you deliver to me?
If there is nowhere safe outside to leave your delivery, and we service your area, give us a call, as we have plenty of ideas that we can try out.
What if I forget to leave my bin outside?
That's ok. We will get it from you on our next delivery date - and we will still leave your fresh harvest box for you. Please leave both empty bin out for our driver on the next delivery.
One of the items that I ordered was missing this week.
If an item appears to be missing from your box, we may have had to make a last minute replacement, so check the total number of items. If something is missing from your order, then please let us know. If we have made a mistake, we will either credit your account or replace the item free of charge the following week.
What if I am going away on holiday?
If you need postpone or cancel your harvest box for a while, you can enter your away days online. If emailing, faxing or phoning in your away days, please indicate the date you would like to resume service. Bon voyage!
I didn't get a newsletter/ invoice this week.
If you did not receive your invoice then please give us a call and we will post or email your statement to you straight away. You can also view all your transaction details(and the newsletter) when you log into your account on the website. |
