- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times. Deliveries will usually arrive around the same time each week, but this will sometimes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- You can give us any special instructions for our driver to follow when we make your delivery (apart from time). Many people are out when we deliver and we can almost always find a good place to leave your delivery.
- If you are going on holiday, just let us know when you are away and we'll skip your deliveries.
- We reuse all our plastic delivery bins. Please leave your empty bin out for the driver on your delivery day.
