We want to make sure that you enjoy everything we send you, that you never run out of things or have to throw anything away.
- If you receive a box from us, we can customize it for you. If there is anything you would prefer not to receive or that you're allergic to, just let us know. When it is planned in your selection, we will replace it with something else. Or, if you've found yourself stockpiling a particular fruit or vegetable, you can exclude it temporarily from your next delivery only.
- You can also customize your orders in advance by adding reoccurring items such as milk, eggs and coffee to your standing order at the frequency of your choice. If you would like milk and eggs with you harvest box every week, coffee only every other week and butter once a month, we'll set it up! You can keep it simple or get as complicated as you would like.
- If you don't want a standing order, that's okay too! If you would prefer, you can call your order in each week.
- Within the framework of what is available each week, you can customize your current order as much and as often as you want before the order deadline.
- To be sure that we have your order just as you would like it, we send you an email confirmation with the changes you have requested.
