- We work hard to ensure that our produce is of a high standard. Occasionally, a substandard item will slip through the net. If this happens please let us know and we will credit your account or replace the item free of charge the following week.
- We occasionally have to make replacements at the last minute. If your box doesn't match the box contents on the website or newsletter, please count the items in the box, as a replacement of equivalent value may have been made.
- If your order or one of the items on your order has not arrived then please let us know. If we've made a mistake, we'll either credit your account or replace the box/item free of charge the following week.
- If you did not receive your invoice, please give us a call and we will email your statement to you right away. You can also review your statements by logging into your account on the website.
- If you have any complaints concerning any part of our service then please contact us by email or phone. We want you to be delighted with every aspect of our service. If there are ways that we could do better, please let us know!
